Please note that all of our menu items/products are made to order and could take from 2 - 7 business days to produce, depending on the items purchased. Communication is very important to us and so you should get email confirmation and updates from the time your order has been placed up to delivery.
You should find your shipping details by logging into your account. While we don't foresee any delays after your order has shipped, however, sometimes these events may occur.
Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help locate your order for you.

- FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50 (Pre-Tax). Valid in the USA only.
- Applicable carrier rates shall apply for anything under $50 (USA only)
- Applicable carrier rates shall apply to ALL non-USA orders.
